Bring me your sweet and gentle arms to hold thee
Wrapping us in a blanket of soft bright stars
No one will be going very far
With planets for pillows and suns for a night light
Everyone is falling to your soothing voice tonight
Keeping all of our eyes closed, one by one
Until your job is finally done
Sweet loving moon you take care of us so well
Letting us dream of dancing candies as we hear the soothing sound of the evening bells
Then you lay us in our beds of milky ways
Watched us as your peaceful night becomes the sunny day
Sadly you wave at us with a distressed goodbye
