What is a Best Friend?

A best friend could be many things

They could be your love for life or just someone you need when you give them a ring

Some are great and stick with you till the bitter end

Others sadly are lost because they feel friendship is not but a worthless trend

However the great best friends never let their minds wander to that

They're happy with what they have and always make the best out of a rough patch

Best friends are there for you and listen to what you say

You're always telling them what's the matter even if you're having a very bad day

They make us cry and they make us erupt in the loudest of laughs

You might as well call that best friend your better half

Always giving you a reason to keep your head high

No wonder you spend the most of your time with them, getting you so occupied  

So the next time you ask what it takes to be a best friend
